Every person established and connected to Christ, Community, and Calling
Welcome!
Bienvenue!
Boyei bolamu!
Our vision for this website is to be a platform for missionaries to come together and share ideas, stories, and support one another through our blog and newsletter.
Our Vision
Our vision is to see every person established and connected to Christ, Community, and Calling.
Our Mission
Kingdom Connection Ministry on Mission exists to give glory to God by connecting and serving ministries involved in teaching, and sending commissioned laborers to “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.” Mark 16:15
Our Commitment
We commit to connect ministries to share, train, and serve missionaries; to provide opportunities for communication through social media and our newsletters; and to encourage and send missionaries when led by the Lord.
Our Statement of Faith
WE BELIEVE IN:
The Holy Scriptures as originally given by God, divinely inspired, infallible, entirely trustworthy, and the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
One God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Our Lord Jesus Christ, God manifest in the flesh, His virgin birth, His sinless human life, His divine miracles, His vicarious and atoning death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension, His mediatorial work, and personal return in power and glory.
The Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the believer is enabled to live a holy life, to witness and serve the Lord Jesus Christ.
The Spiritual Unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ. Unity is found in the body of believers, also known as the Church.
The Resurrection of both the saved and the lost: the saved unto the resurrection of life, the lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
Our Work in the Democratic Republic of Congo
What’s New with KC-MOM (Ministry On Mission):
Since our mission trip in 2019, Ministry on Mission has had many opportunities to work in partnership with The Mission of Evangelism and Deliverance (MED) Church Network:
- Provision of food critically needed during the mandated COVID stay-at-home orders
- Zoom based teaching workshops in the United States, Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Zambia
- Interviews with young women within the Maman Teri Support Group (in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo) to get to know the ladies and determine areas of need
- Launching House of Hope, a transition home for 8 young women providing a safe living environment, basic necessities, vocational and business training, as well as daily discipleship to cultivate a passion and a boldness for the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe they will return to their communities ready to serve.
UPCOMING: Ministry on Mission is planning to send a team to visit Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo in September 2021 (as travel conditions allow). Part of the trip will focus on visiting the House of Hope and the new building for the Mission School. Also, in alignment with our core values of Biblical truth and following God in obedience, we hope to provide Bibles to the many women within the Kinshasa based MED churches who currently do not have one. For those who would like to partner with Ministry on Mission, we are currently raising the remainder of the funds needed for the monthly costs of the House of Hope, the Bibles for the women, as well as other logistical needs for the trip. Mama Teri
Founder/Executive Director
“I live to say with joy Behold your God!”
Teresah loves to gather and connect people and organizations to advance the Kingdom of God. She has been involved in women’s and other ministry leadership positions for over 30 years including leading a community Bible study in her home for the last 18 years. God gave her the vision for Kingdom Connection in 2009 and He has grown it to include both ladies and mission ministries. Teresah co-led a mission trip to England and has led two trips to the Democratic Republic of Congo where she is affectionately known as Apostle Maman Teri. She is on the vision board for Mission of Evangelism and Deliverance’s eight churches in NY and Africa, and is currently starting a Mission and Vocational Training School in the Congo. She loves to study and share the Word of God, travel with her husband to enjoy their ten children and their families, shake hands with strangers and experience this amazing world we have been given to enjoy.
Philippians 2:1-2
“So, if there is any encouragement in Christ, any comfort from love, any participation in the Spirit, any affection and sympathy, complete my joy be being of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and one mind.”

Melissa Brown
At an early age, Melissa Brown immigrated to America from Panama. Raised in a Christian household, she tells of her surrender to Christ as a young adult. Her cry to heaven was that there must be more to this life than all she was seeing. God heard her cry and the Holy Spirit took the reins of her life. Soon after, she married a minister, Jonathan Brown. Now the two of them are the proud parents of seven children which Melissa has successfully homeschooled. The early years of her marriage served as God’s opportunity to immerse her in Biblical training through her husband, local ministers and teachers like, John Piper, Kay Arthur, Andrew Murray and others. Melissa is a passionate pursuer of her God and spends much time sitting at His feet. Her passion is contagious, her commitment convincing and her priorities are clear. Melissa and her husband believe that true ministry starts in the home, expands to the church and reaches the world.
Individually, and as a team, Melissa and Jonathan seek to train individuals and families to know their God given identity which empowers each member of the family organism to function to full potential. This produces contentment, joy and peace within each member which fuels unity. They do this through individual & group training, counseling and life coaching.
Melissa, along with her husband, have been working with couples, parents, and families for over 20 years. The effects of their insights on marital relationships and parenting have been challenging and productive in bringing about much needed change to many families.

The Browns book “Purposeful Parenting” will be available on Amazon in June.

Michelle McRae
Michelle first became involved with Kingdom Connection (KC) in 2009. She and her husband had the life-changing experience of going to the DRC in 2010 with a team headed by Teresah Mason. Through that experience Michelle’s love for the Congolese people was born and is the driving force for her involvement in KC Ministry on Mission today.
Michelle is a wife and a mother of three grown children. She works as an office manager in her husband’s business, RDD Enterprises, an aircraft manufacturing company. Currently, Michelle works remotely from home during this season as her 92-year-old mother lives with Michelle and her husband.
Michelle is passionate about intimacy with God and His word and desires that everyone would have a deep connection with God that causes an unveiling of the beautiful relationship between
Father and child. She sees this as a two-fold journey: First- taking God at His word and choosing to believe that what He says is true. Second, taking thoughts captive that oppose what God says. Michelle believes this is an effective path for discovering one’s true identity in Christ Jesus and fulfilling God’s divine purpose here on earth.
Michelle and her husband hope to have the opportunity to be involved in more of a full-time ministry one day.

Genny Cyphers
Genny’s heart and desire is to carry the Father’s heart to the hurting world and/or anyone who is seeking an understanding of who God says they are, and how He sees them. She serves as an Ordained Deliverance and One on One Counseling Minister in The Dalles, Oregon and throughout the world. Some of that personal ministry has included walking families through the passing of a loved one, as well as being a part of the beginning of families stories in officiating weddings. Through personal One on One and Deliverance Ministry she walks with the beloved of God on a journey of knowing Him more.
You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:13
Genny became involved with Kingdom Connection and Ministry on Mission in the fall of 2019. She considers it a great honor to partner with the team in sharing the word of God. She hopes to visit the DRC on one of the upcoming Mission trips.
Her greatest treasures are her two adult children, son-in-law and two grandsons. In her “free time” she loves spending time with family and friends, and exploring/photographing the beautiful countryside around her. Genny is passionate about story-telling and writing. She is currently involved in a writing internship for a creative world travel company. Genny believes that there is power to overcome in sharing our stories and testimonies.
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God. For just as we share abundantly in the sufferings of Christ, so also our comfort abounds through Christ. 2 Corinthians 1:3-5
